Empowering Supply Chain Success: Sedex Announces Strategic Expansion to Support Global Businesses

We’re delighted to announce the opening of a new European office in Madrid, increasing our European presence to better serve a market facing a complex, fast-evolving sustainability legislation landscape. We also welcome two new Executives to our leadership team, in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Growth Officer.

Sedex is expanding to meet the growing needs of businesses navigating a variety of due diligence and sustainability-related expectations amid challenging and constantly changing operational environments.

Today we announce the opening of our first office in continental Europe, in Madrid, and the appointment of two seasoned leaders to our Executive Team. These moves position us to better serve the European market, alongside our ongoing growth and solutions roadmap to support our customers around the world with the supply chain sustainability needs.

Expanding our European presence with a new Spain office

We’ve opened a new office in Madrid, Spain, with a local team operating in Spanish, German, Italian and French.

This represents our commitment to delivering increased support to European businesses, who face a growing number of regional laws with complex and resource-intensive requirements for supply chain sustainability and due diligence. These include the CSRD, the CSDDD and the recently passed EU Forced Labour Ban. Each of these require extensive ESG risk mapping, supplier assessment and monitoring activities, with potentially severe consequences for companies that fail to comply.

With this local base in mainland Europe, we’ll provide more tailored support to regional businesses – including consultancy services to build streamlined programmes tackling multiple sustainability-related requirements.

New leadership to drive our global expansion

We welcome Eileen Jackson to our leadership team as our Group Chief Financial Officer.

With nearly 30 years’ experience across finance, audit and technology sectors, Eileen is a seasoned leader in finance and legal transformation. She has a proven track record of supporting strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions and operational excellence, most recently at Quantios and Interserve.

We also welcome François Cadillon as our Chief Growth Officer to advance our international growth strategy. François joins us with an extensive background in scaling business-to-business SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) organisations, having held senior roles at SAP, Oracle and Workday.

Based in central Europe, François will lead our business development teams, focusing on expanding our presence in key markets and strengthening relationships with customers worldwide.
